              <text>This is a black and white photograph of Irene Elizabeth Porter. Dressed in a white gown with eyelet lace and knitted booties, she is seated on a wicker chair with a curlicue back. Irene (1918-1996) was the daughter of Robert Harrison and Mamie Pearl Miller Porter of Parke County, Indiana. She married Eddie C. Scott on 5 March 1949. She is buried in Danville South Cemetery in Danville, Indiana. Two photographs of Mamie Pearl Miller Porter are also in this collection. This item was donated by the Don McCue family.</text>
