Costume made from stretchy white cotton knit with matching black hand-painted designs. Unitard features a zipper up the back. Label at back collar reads "Herbet...NEW YORK". Knee-length skirt with snaps at sides. Sailor hat with cardboard support and flowers attached to crown, with an elastic chin strap. A black plastic hat pin. Costume designed and made by Robert Moulton. Worn by Gertrude Lippincott of Minnesota. Lippincott was a prominent dancer, choreographer and teacher.]]></dcterms:description>
