Students (Bottom Row): Linwood Elmer, Wayne Shaw, Halsey Shaw, Carrie Smith, Grace Ward, Annie Griswold, Ida Southwick. Some of the known birth years of the students listed range from 1879 to 1884. Built around 1855, this building served as a school for nearly a century. It eventually became the home of the Buckland Historical Society's museum and, as of this writing in March 2010, is open seasonally on the 2nd and 4th Sundays in July and August each year.
