Each end of the cord has tufts of feathers and seeds attached. Cord stained with urucu. B fits same description except there are 33 strands attached to cord. Beads are largely red and yellow with 5 black and white bead pendants. Dr. Newton says that these were obtained from Jardelina Tamgogti, a 45 y/o female, and made by Doca Amgiokwa, a 38 y/o female. Used by Yotkambrik Maria Jesus, a 7 y/o girl. The maker is her madrinha who made it for a festival called "meokrempumblunti" . Knee cord and pendants are called mekai. Cord is square cordage (cross section) made from a single strand (crochet). At one end is glass beads, macaw feathers, and tie on the other end is more pendants. Long cord is 3s cotton. Bead and pendant string is 2z tucum/caroa. Pendants are antique white and black glass beads, medium sized tan, smooth seed, and parrot (macaw) feathers.
