<text>This is an interview with Paul and Elizabeth (Liz) Pace, who live in Bicknell, Utah, which is a small town near what is now Capitol Reef National Park and UVU's Capitol Reef Field Station. They both grew up in the area, and live on a ranch that has been in Paul's family for many generations. Paul also works for the Farm Service Agency, and Liz has worked as an EMT and in other health-related positions. They talk about what it was like to grow up in Bicknell and Wayne County, and how close-knit the communities are. They also address some of the differences that have arisen since the national park was designated, with the rise of tourists and new residents who often have differing views about how the surrounding land and natural resources should be used.</text>
