Vallejo Lace Collection&lt;/strong&gt;, a spectacular collection of more than 350 examples of lace and handwork lovingly collected over 60 years by Maria C. Vallejo, and beautifully photographed by George A. Leinonen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most of the artists and makers of these lace adornments for the wardrobe and home remain unnamed and unknown.  We hope that with scholarship and attention, some of their histories can be recovered. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We invite you to contact the Center for Knit and Crochet if you can assist us with cataloguing and identification.</text>
