I cut out three dresses this afternoon the pink rosebud, and the Mother and Daughter pattern enclosed in plaid. Wendy's had to be cut smaller than the pattern, because the smallest size was 2. It makes quite a pile of sewing, but it will be a good change from knitting. This morning we got caught in the rain, and ducked in to see Bev and have some coffee. Wendy crawls across the rug and pulled herself up on the table leg. I think she could walk all the way around the room now if there were enough things close enough together for her to hold on to. She has a funny way of crawling - hunches her back - draws her leg under and slides on her tummy - but she sure covers ground, especially if there's something like a [pg 3] spoon or cracker she wants to reach. Ever since her spanking she's been eating beautifully, and finishing everything. I wonder if she really does know what it is all about. Dana had another letter from Steve and he's still on #145.
