Fred Bohler, Washington State director of athletics and physical education, left today to attend the national basketball rules committee meeting at New York city April 14, 15 and 16. He is the representative of the eighth district, composed of the Pacific coast states, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. mThe main topic of discussion meeting is slated to be the elimination of the center jump.
