Description
A knit wool pullover vest of the type distributed to the Armed Forces by the Red Cross. It is dark olive with a "V" neck and a label at the back of the neck marked "AMERICAN RED CROSS / CHAPTER / NOT TO BE SOLD / WASHINGTON COUNTY / HILLSBORO, OREGON" in red. Stamped over this in black is "J.H. PAGE, Jr". Manufactured by the American Red Cross, Hillsboro, Oregon. Page served in the United States Marine Corps 1946-1948.
