Front open work pattern. Middle depicts flowers, embroidered scattered leaves on stems. Top has bow with long streamers on left and right. Edging on fabric possibly hand crocheted or tatted. Edging around case is hand crocheted or tatted then sewn into the seams. Back has opening for inserting pillow two buttons secure the pillow in the case.none
