Light blue cotton/ linen; collarless; white crocheted lace lapels; insert panel, tucked at top with concealed hook and eye closure at left; tucks at shoulder; white topstitching; 3/4 length sleeves, gathered at shoulder; tucked at elbow, crocheted lace cuff trimmed with lace ruffle; hem bound with white silk; hem longer in front than back; band at waist ties in front; hooks in back for skirt; unlined; skirt has narrow self waistband; hook and eye closure center back placket, stitched down front panel; inverted pleat center back panel; pleated ruffle attached between front and back panels with chevron stitched headers at each pleat; unlined.
