Mrs. Tom Kusumi sits on a wood chair, between tables, crocheting in the exhibit at the Arts and Crafts Festival, Granada Relocation Center, Camp Amache, Prowers County, southeastern Colorado. She wears a skirt and sweater and her hair is in a braid wrapped around her head. The tables and walls display adult education class projects. They include crocheted doilies, small Japanese dolls, Christmas ornaments, baskets, bags, pillows, tablecloths, and thong sandals. Signs read "Adult Education" and "Please Do Not Touch."
