He was allegedly driving while intoxicated. His trial begins on April 10, 2006.; A senior at Ball State University has created an online interactive game called McKinley Road Rage. Therein, the player controls a driver attempting to navigate McKinley Avenue in Muncie, Indiana. The goal is to deliver a BSU student safely to their class.; A tentative agreement has been reached for the State of Indiana to lease the Indiana East-West Toll Road to private companies.
