Description

Pair of soldier's wristlets, knit from gray wool yarn. Each is cylindrical with a thumb hole. Winter accessories like these were either made by contract for the Army or by women on the home front, the latter being distributed by the American Red Cross. These wristlets were worn by John Aamadt of Cottonwood, Minnesota.
