Automobiles are parked in front of Union Station at the right. Electric street lights line the sidewalk on the left. A billboard advertises "Ward's / Pound / Cakes." A street sign reads: "Allyn St." A sign on the brick commercial building at the left reads: "Jake's / Cafe."A striped barber pole is beneath the sign. Leafless elm trees in Bushnell Park and the dome of the Connecticut State Capitol are in the background. Inscribed on back: "Mar 21 / 36."
