Textile with center panel of raffia sandwiched between a layer of red silk (front) and a layer of yellow-green twill silk. Heavily embroidered in geometrized units of "tree of life" animals and tall crowned figures in couched gold and silver metallic yarns; use of pailettes all over. Edged on three sides with silk gauze striped with supplementary warp bands. Bottom shows knitted cotton lace insertion. Silk fringe at bottom. Loops at sides on top.
