Handkerchief

A square, fine white, almost transparent, cotton, ladies handkerchief with a rolled hem trimmed with 1 inch, scalloped, variegated pink crochet lace. One corner has a handiwork design of a small pink square applique surrounded by embroidered flowers of various colors with green stems and leaves. Lines of fagot stitching are beneath the design. A small, single green leaved stem of three red buds is embroidered in the three other corners.
