An oatmeal/gray, wool/cotton knit pair of men's long winter underwear bottoms with a 3-button (1/2 inch white plastic) up fly and adjustable drawstring with silver metal aglets on back waistband. Quartermaster stamp on outside back of white cotton waistband.
