According to donor the blouse is the last exisiting piece of the grandmother's trousseau. Body of blouse is gathered, French seams, hand sewn to hand crocheted top. Crocheted string is threaded through holes in top. Crochet pattern are diamonds, flowers, small squares, piquoit edge around sleeves.none
