Description

A square doily created using the pulled thread technique. An embroidered lace technique, pulled thread lace is created by embroidering under tension, pulling embroidery thread tight to create a lace effect. No threads are drawn out of the fabric. This doily measures 8 inches by 8 inches, and features simple, decorative stitches that creates both smaller, circular, lace and larger, diamond shaped lace.
