This gorgeous cuff is expertly made in fine detail. The Irish Crochet design in very fine cotton thread is attached to a strip of mesh fabric. An insert of the same fabric is added to the crochet. Padded embroidery with cotton thread creates a design with bullion stitches, French knots and satin stitch. This was a gift from my sister-in-law who lives in Carmel Valley, CA. She most-likely purchased it in an antique store.
