Letter from George Shihei Shitamae's niece, Fumiko, telling him about the Christmas celebration and how they brought in the new year with Mochi and good thoughts. The family loves all of the gifts he had made them for Christmas and displays them proudly, and misses him dearly. They all helped to knit him a sweater in time for the holidays but just sent it out.
