Sheer cream lawn cotton dress with embroidery along lower third. Deep V neckline with lace edge. 6 decorative 1/4" crocheted ball buttons along front with hidden snap closures. Gathered waist lined with interfacing, 2" wide pleated waistband with 4 hook closures and 3 snaps. 7" below gathered waist is a 1" horizontal ruffle which encircles dress except for a center front plain vertical panel which tapers from 11 1/2" wide at hem to 8 1/2" wide at waist, with 1 1/2" pleats along edges. A-line lawn skirt is embroidered at lower edge and has a separate piece of 8" lace with dangling embellishments at bottom edge. Sleeves have 4" cuff with 2" folded back embroidered cuff.
