WPA Classes To Resume.; WPA CLASSES TO RESUME McMINNVILLE, Sept. 26 (Special)—Resumption of the WPA education program of the Oregon state department of education is slated for Monday. Included in the class schedule are such subjects as arts and crafts, speech study and lip reading for the partially or wholly deaf, Americanization and current events, aviation, mechanical drawing and shop work; first aid and home nursing, sewing and knitting; practical English; religious education, instruction in voice; piano; accordian and other instruments and typing, shorthand and bookkeeping.
