This is a plastic sleeve with a back paper background. Inside of the sleeve is a white crocheted dickey with stains and holes in it. The dickey is taped in place. On the other side is a white linen handkerchief with a crocheted trim. The plastic sleeve measures 8.5" (w) x 11" (l).
