An unidentified woman demonstrates toys to a child, including a lion, a elephant, a horse and a rider. Also includes an animation sequence where an approaching wind-up dog causes dolls' hair to stand upright. Various scenes of children playing with pull toys. In one scene the lion jumps toward the camera, the bear pours and drinks from a cup, and the elephant crosses through the scene. An unidentified man and woman play with marionettes. In various scenes small children with a statue of "Santa Claus." Various scenes of the manufacturing of dolls including pouring latex/rubber on body molds and dressing the dolls. Various scenes of babies lying in a crib and being attended to by a person off screen. Also includes the painting the face on a rabbit doll. Various scenes of a sculptors making models of animals and dolls. Scenes of preparing the limbs of dolls and assembling the dolls. Finally, various mechanical toys, including a carousel and mechanical dolls dance across the scene; a woman knits and a man stands with his cat and nods. Two bobble heads face one another, and various scenes include other small children's toys.
