Exclusive L.A. Picture shows Janet Small wearing the official judging suit for the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant to be held in Long Beach, June 23 through June 29. The suit is a two-way stretch boucle lastex [sic] knit with a princess panel front. Metallic rick rack trim is in silver and a darker shade of the same color as the suit. All contestants in the Miss Universe Pageant will wear this identical suit except in various colors in pastel shades of blue, pink, green, gold, and white. It was especially designed to fit snugly and accentuate the figure. The metallic trim will reflect the colored lights that will be flashed on each girl as she makes her appearance on the runway".
