Description

Two long unadorned cords. One cord has no pendants. One cord has pendant at each end consisting of 4 tiny multi-colored bead strands with larger blue bead at top. Dr. Newton says that these were obtained from Gatswachu, a 26 y/o person. They were made by Ire Donila, a 45 y/o female. There were made for a 10 year old daughter for a ceremony held 1 year ago. Used, but sold as an incomplete set, the feather cord is not here. The square cordage (cross section) is made from a single strand (crochet). Cord is 2z cotton, bead cord and tie is 2z tucum/caroa, and the pendants are glass beads. Purchased with field number 1968-79, wristlets.
