Pictured is a committee representing the shippers doing business in Fort Wayne and the track elevation committee of the Chamber of Commerce presenting a petition to Mayor William J. Hosey and city officials urging that the city do everything possible to expedite the securing of grade separation across the Nickel Plate tracks. George E.
