Description
Ivory Cossack-pillbox-style hat made out of plastic-like material popped into a 3-D design. The hat has a stiff crown and when not worn shrinks to a smaller size. Marking on the hat says "Hand Crocheted" and "Made in Italy." The hat measures 4.5" (h) x 7.5" (diam).
