Created: not earlier than 1981 - circa 1985

Calf-length, drop waist dress with blue/green and white horizontal strips and half-length, ruffled cap sleeves. Designed by Kathryn Conover of Minneapolis and sold at Harold's Department Store. The label at back neck reads "KATHRYN CONOVER", while the label on inside seam reads "Size 8 / 94% Cotton / 6% Spandex". This style was quite popular in the 1980's and was available in three color variations. Worn by Meta Bloomberg, who worked at Harold's in the early 1980's.
