Description

Colonel MacFarland, United States Chief of Displaced Persons Commission with British and Yugoslavian officers meeting war victims. Scenes include the victims being given shelter and food. Women guerilla soldiers from Yugoslavia practice drills and formation. Also includes soup lines and various women and children refugees. In addition, the crowd gathers around a man, listening to him speak and offering a salute. Women knit and attend to babies.
