Description

United States Army officer's uniform hat worn by 2nd Lieutenant Horace Edward Johnson of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The hat has a medium olive wool flat, round crown, a chestnut brown leather bill and trim, and a knit standing band. The center front has a dark metal U.S. Federal eagle insignia. An interior label reads "Wallach's Hats / NEW YORK".
