Description
United States Army medical officer's red knit coarse wool sash with two tassels. It has been patched and repaired. The sash was worn during the Civil War by Brewer Mattocks while he was a Hospital Steward with the 2nd Minnesota Infantry Regiment, 14th Army Corps.
